Dawgs Go To The Air For A Big Win Over The Devils
Whitt Wright led the Bulldogs to an impressive victory over the Mortimer Jordan Blue Devils to win the Homecoming game 52 to 23. The difference in this victory is that Dora successfully went to the air and it paid off big. The passing game kept the Blue Devils on their heels and allow the offense to open up the ground game. All in all the Dawgs looked great.
The defense also came up with several huge turnovers to help keep the Dawgs on top.
The loss last week means they will have to face the first playoff game on the road.

Dora High School Homecoming Parade
There is an old saying "I love a parade." Not sure who said it, but it sure does ring true. The kids and their parents line the Horse Creek Boulevard hours before the start of the parade and anxiously look down the road toward the school in anticipation.
Today the sun was out, but the wind was cool so jackets and sweaters were common.
When the sound of the marching band's drums strike up and the sirens of the fire truck crank up, the kids go into a frenzy. It is a hoot seeing the looks on their faces. I do love a parade, but the kids love them much more.
Tonight, the Bulldogs wrap up the regular season with a game against Mortimer Jordan. So everyone come out and support the Dawgs.
