Curry from taking back-to-back titles.
The Lady Bulldogs won their fifth straight game and improved to
10-7 on the year.Curry suffered just its second loss of the season,
dropping to 14-2. The 10th-ranked Lady Yellow Jackets had won eight

to a 12-4 run to open the second quarter, the Lady Bulldogs fought
back to take a 30-27 lead into halftime after Softley nailed a three-pointer
with four seconds left in the first half.
Dora then took a 42-36 advantage heading into the fourth quarter
before outscoring the Lady Jackets 28-12 in the fourth. Curry scored
18 points in the first quarter, but managed only 30 the rest of

well, adding 16 points, while Kayla James had eight points and six
rebounds.
"The girls really wanted it tonight," said Dora head coach

we can score a lot of points. Today we played some good defense
too. I thought Chantrese' and Kayla both played very well on both
ends of the court and hopefully, we can keep it up."

including 8-of-9 free throw attempts. Jordan also managed 10 steals
