Jurgen and Aja Aderholt There is no singular cutest pet in our household. We have two very cute pets. Jurgen ( black and white Rat Terrier, named for a German theologian) came to us from an Amish farmer in Orleans, Indiana. Aja (Boxer mix, named for a Steely Dan album) was adopted from an animal shelter in Cincinnati, Oho. Jurgen is a 20lb killer known to chase Holstein cows to the point of exhaustion. No one can enter into Jurgen's domain without his permission. On the other hand, Aja, God bless her, has only one ability to chase tennis balls wherever she may be. Seriously, Jurgen and Aja have been a major part of our family for five and two years respectively. Gretchen and I believe that they are the cutest pets of the Dora High School webs site. Shadow
This is one of my 5 pets. His name is Shadow . He got his name from constantly being under foot when we first got him and he stayed in the house with us. He is 4 years old. My husband (Rodger) got him when my dad was in the hospital dying from congested heart failure. After his death he was like my therapy. He was a constant companion to my son Chris until his death in 2002. He was my therapy then too. I would be crying and he would just sit beside me and let me hold him and cry. He is finally outside (where he should be) and loving it with the other 4 , two of them are choc labs and the other are whatevers . We took them in when a stray had 18 pups in 2 years and then we took pity on her and had her (fixed). But I love them all .
