| Davey and Maegan
Chambers Submitted by Amy Ballenger Chambers  The photo was taken this year at the Sumiton Elem/Middle School Pageant. Davey will begin marching for Dora Band Fall of 2006 as part of the Drumline. His dad was also on the Drumline while I played the trumpet during our years at Dora. Davey has also acquired his dad's and granddad's (Ronnie Chambers class of '65) ability to pick up a guitar and play by ear. Maegan is our little scholar. She is in the Gifted Program at school. She also received Most Photogenic and 1st runner up in this years pageant. We are very proud parents of these two beautiful children that God has granted us. They plan on carrying on the family tradition of being Dora High Alumni. Grandparents are Jimmy (class of '66) and Lila "Cordell" (class of '66) Ballenger, the late Linda "Stacks" Chambers Franklin (class of '66) and Ronnie Chambers (class of '65). Aunts and Uncles are Brian (class of '87) and Kim Ballenger, Ron (class of '87) and Traci "Mills" (class of '88) Chambers, and Chris Chambers (class of '88). |
