Alumni Reunion
The annual DORA HIGH ALUMNI BANQUET held April 28,2007 in Dora High
School Gym was
held on the fourth Saturday in April. This year's reunion honored
the class of 1957 and the class was well represented.
More than a hundred and thirty alumni and guests were on hand to
meet and greet and have good food prepaired by the school's lunchroom
staff.
This year's Alumnus of the Year was Charlie Yow, a local businessman,
Sumiton City Council member and member of the Dora High School Class
of 1957.
This year's scholarship reciepiant, Ashley Boniella addressed the
crowd and
expressed her thanks for the Alumni Scholarship Award.
